Our featured speaker is Jo Ann Feindt, Vice President, Area Operations - Great Lakes Area

Jo Ann was named Vice president, Area Operations for the Great Lakes Area in October, 2003.  In this role, Jo Ann is the senior postal official in a territory that emcompasses most of Illinois, Indiana, Missouri and Wisconsin and all of Michigan.  She is responsible for all postal operations including mail processing and distribution, delivery, retail, and administrative services.  Jo Ann reports to the Deputy Postmaster General and COO.

Come and hear about the Postal Service new business plan for the future.  The 10 year action plan calls for increased speed and flexibility required to respond to an evolving marketplace and changing customer needs.  Jo Ann will be describing the Postal Service’s new business model in detail and outline the actions the Postal Service is taking to lay the foundation for a leaner, more market responsive Postal Service that can thrive far into the future.
